The NBA player has claimed that he inherited his height from his parents. His mother Erainer is 6 feet 1 inch tall and his father Anthony Davis Sr. is 6 feet 3 inches tall. Unexpectedly, Anthony Davis is now shorter than the recently traded Mo Bamba.

Anthony Davis is the second-tallest player in the Los Angeles Lakers

Anthony Davis, a member of the Los Angeles Lakers, was their tallest player at 6 feet 10 inches. He was selected by the New Orleans Pelicans in the 2012 NBA Draft. In addition to this, he weighs 253 pounds, has a 9-inch standing reach, and the second-longest wingspan at 7 feet 6 inches. But now that Mo Bamba has joined the squad, Anthony is no longer the tallest player. Mo Bamba, a 7-footer, was traded to the Lakers in 2023. He currently can’t work due to an injury.

LeBron James, who is 6 feet 9 inches tall, is now in first place, while Anthony is now in second. LeBron James is renowned for his dominating physique and stature, yet Anthony was able to throw the ball to teammates and block shots more readily because of his height. Even with LeBron James on the club, Anthony has contributed to the team’s success thus far.

The other 14 players on the Lakers roster, excluding Anthony, LeBron, and Bamba, all stand 6 feet or taller. Bamba, who has only participated in one game, has not yet earned a spot on the team. In the 2023 playoffs, Anthony Davis, who is presently in his fourth season with the Lakers, has gone to the conference semifinals.
