Brittney Griner has consistently faced criticism for how she looks. Her latest speech at the Phoenix Mercury Media Day was captured on film and quickly went viral. Her deep voice caught people’s attention since it sounded like a man’s. Rumors about her possibly being a male appearing as a girl started to circulate. Even though this is untrue, it has become a popular subject of conversation.

Other characteristics of the two-time Olympic gold medalist only suggest that she might be a man. One of the few female basketball players that can regularly slam the ball is Griner. This is primarily because of her towering frame. Her flat chest is another feature. Griner once admitted that he was made fun of for it while he was a high school student.

TMZ claims that Brittney Griner allegedly took the risky step of posting a semi-naked picture of herself. The Instagram post’s caption, which is still available, read: “I love being naked and I don’t care if people make fun of my bird chest!” Head out! I adore my body and myself!Griner has never been self-conscious about her image, particularly recently. The fact that the athlete has consistently made fun of herself is crucial.

Did Brittney Griner undergo hormone therapy to transition into a woman?

Possibly the greatest female basketball player of all time is Brittney Griner. She has been a huge asset to the WNBA franchise. So it is insulting to say anything less about her. Even though she has incredible talent, people are still dubious about her gender. Some fans have theorized that Griner may have undergone hormone therapy to undergo a gender transition.

However, Brittney was actually born a female. Her father’s genes are likely more predominant in her. Her deep voice, long frame, and lack of feminine physical characteristics can only be explained by this. Such occurrences are extremely uncommon, yet they undoubtedly occur far more frequently than we realize. Griner is happily married to Cherelle Griner and is also gay.

Brittney’s previous marriage to Glory Johnson, another WNBA star, is evidence that she is not a man. To have children with Griner, the latter had to use IVF and a sperm donor. Griner has numerous options for demonstrating her gender. She resists the pressure of the public, though, and this helps her keep her sanity.
