He was cast in The Hills: New Beginnings, Basketball Wives, Shaq Life, and Shaunie s Home Court.
Besides his career in acting, he grew a passion for modeling. He walked the ramp and represented several major brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Dior, Givenchy, Michael Kors, Under Armour, and Disney. Excelling in his modeling field, he is considered among the best models in the industry.

Like his father Shaquille, Myles also has a love for music. The two performed together at the Encore Beach Club in Las Vegas representing the O Neal Boys in 2022. He has been performing solo and with his father in several other shows.
Having a troublesome relationship with his dad, Shaquille O Neal raised his children very differently. From being present in their lives and helping them in every possible way. All six of them are currently successful in their respective lives and have a great bond with their father.
