In recent years, Ja Morant has become the face of the Memphis Grizzlies team. At the 2019 NBA Draft, the American was selected with the second overall pick. Ja has solidified his position as one of the league’s top guards in such a short period of time. Ja has experienced his fair share of controversy off the court, despite the fact that it has been exciting for the spectators to watch.

After Morant was seen in possession of a gun, he came under the spotlight for all the wrong reasons. As if that weren’t enough, he recently got into a fight with the Indiana Pacers squad at the FedEx Forum. He was expelled from the arena for a year as a result. Ja was not pleased with this and slammed the media, adding, “Still, let an article be published to cast this bad a light on me and my family.” & a year-long ban on my brother playing in home games. unbelievable.
The NBA community was unaware of Davonte prior to it. He was not selected in the NBA Draft of 2022, and since that time, he has not signed with a basketball team. But just a few months before that year’s draft, Pack gained notoriety.
Davonte Pack requested Ja Morant s for his jersey after his first 50-point game
On February 28, 2022, the Memphis Grizzlies played the San Antonio Spurs. Morant delivered an outstanding performance to help the Grizzlies win. 52 points, 7 rebounds, and 2 assists were made by him. Additionally, it was his first time scoring 50 points in the NBA. The player had a particular friend to share what must have been a great day with.
Davonte Pack was thrilled to watch his boyhood pal perform in front of millions while watching from the sidelines. Ja didn’t retract his desire for the player’s shirt from his first 50-point performance. Ja allegedly said, “I’m going to sign it for him,” after the game. His jersey is that one.
Ja Morant gave his jersey after his first 50-point game to his childhood best friend from South Carolina, Davonte Pack.
I m going to sign it for him. That jersey is his.

Pack averaged 14.9 points, 2.79 assists, and 6.9 rebounds while playing in college. It appears, though, that his statistics did not persuade NBA teams to choose him last year.
