Mikey WilliamsandBronny Jamesare going to be the biggest recruits in college basketball this year. Both individuals have been excellent basketball players and often prove their worth on the court. For Bronny, it is his father s legacy that will always be with him to be carried. And Mikey is working towards creating a legacy of his own. Regardless, both players are still great in their unique way.
Bronny, famously known asLeBron Jamesson, has always had a chip on his shoulder to carry. He aspires to become a legend like his father but without the shadow of LeBron hovering over him. Throughout most of his high school days, Bronny played like an MVP. Right now, he is deciding between college and the NBA G League. He has reportedly been approached by Duke, Kentucky, Ohio State, Oregon, and others.
Mikey Williams, however, has already committed to the University of Memphis. There he is expected to be coached by legendary NBA player Penny Hardaway. Williams has been an explosive scoring combo guard. Williams has set several scoring records in high school, including a 77-point CIF San Diego Section single-game scoring record. Bronny and Mikey formerly played on the same team called North Coast Blue Chips in the AAU league.

Stylistically, both players have shown great potential on offense and defense. However, Bronny James has shown a lot of effort in involving his team rather than making it a one-man show. There are a few things that one is better at than the other. Mikey, though he plays on both sides, has often taken up scoring duties. Similarly, Bronny has worked on defense more at times. When it comes to their build, both players are fairly close as well.

According to ESPN, Bronny is currentlylistedat 6 3 ft. He weighs approximately 180 lbs (or 82 kilograms). His height and weight suit his playing style the best. James is a combo guard who sometimes likes to take damage if he had to. His weight is perfect as he often likes to throw down dunks. Being overweight may cause injury risks.

Mikey Williams is not too different either. Hestandsat 6 2 ft and weighs 185 lbs (or 84 kgs). He is slightly heavier than Bronny but this does not affect his abilities in any way. Both of their verticals are probably similar as well. There is no proper record of this but chances are that both players are north of 35 inches. Both Bronny and Mikey will most likely declare for the 2024 draft.
