Jalen Green has averaged 22.1 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 3.7 assists this year. He has been making 33.8% of his three-point attempts and 41.6% of his field goals. Even though he has remarkable numbers for a player in just his second season, the Rockets could still decide to trade him.
One of the players they are most likely to sign is James Harden. After all, he has a history with the team and was a key factor in their ability to consistently compete in the Western Conference for many years. The Rockets may believe that this move makes sense, but the fans do not. The Houston Rockets would need a number of players to elevate them from a bottom-tier squad to a title contender, so perhaps the supporters are correct in their assessment. In any event, the likelihood of these trade rumors seems to be increasing every day.
