Kobe Bryant, a sports icon, NBA Legend, and Hall of Famer, has had numerous signature shoes of his released by Nike. Bryant s influence on the game was great enough to make his signature sneakers go worldwide.
Kobe s popularity grew in all parts of the world, as the five-time champ made Nike s sales go up the charts. In 2006, Bryant’s first pair of custom sneakers were released. To date, there are a total of 11 editions of Kobes, with each edition having its own variations.
By the timethe Mambaretired, his signature shoes had reached their 11th edition, asBryantwore the same in his last game. With Kobe 11 being the last edition of Bryant s signatures, there had been different colorway releases for the previous editions. Jordans and Kobes were the two basketball sneakers that were popular in the 2000s. Recently, another colorway of Kobes was released, a colorway of it having two different sides to it.
How much is the Nike Kobe 6 Protro Sunrise ?
Nike released Kobe 6 Sunrise and Sunset colorways, as they posted on Twitter. The Sunrise version has a color combination of purplish blue and orange with Nike Zoom imprinted around the heel. Whereas the Sunset version follows a combination of golden yellow and dark orange.
Both the kicks look the opposite of each other and are amazing in their own ways. The sneakers will soon be available to buy on the official website. While the price of the Sunrise and the Sunset version hasn t been released yet, it would be similar to the price tag of Reverse Grinch at around $180.

Looking at the attractive pair of basketball shoes, one can only imagine Bryant rocking those sneakers in a game. Kobe has had a history with his sneaker wear.The Mambawore Adidas as well during his initial years in the league. Bryant wore his Adidas signature shoes during the Lakers three-peat with the duo ofShaqand Kobe. Bryant finally rocked his Nike signature shoes during the 2009 Finals run.
By that time, shoe designs had completely changed. From trying to make the shoe look as futuristic as possible, Kobe s sneakers were then designed to not only look the best but also offer versatility on the court. The colorways were more simplistic and the fit was even better. Later on, following Bryant s 5th championship, Nike released Kobe 6.
These kicks grabbed quite some audience and still do, as the edition is the most sold on Bryant s signature shoe list. Kobe 6 Protro is not only loved by the fans but also by the players. This model was the most worn in the NBA, back in 2021. It will be interesting to see players rock the Sunrise and the Sunset models as well.
