The Miami Heat have taken a commanding lead in the East Finals. Against the Celtics, Miami is up 3-1 going into Game 5. Jimmy Butler and the Heat had won the first three games, putting Boston in the 3-0 hole. The Celtics returned in Game 4 to avoid a sweep in the third round. The Heat on the other hand are looking pretty sharp and solid as they ll head to Boston for the next game.

The team is playing without one of their best players, Tyler Herro. Herro was injured during Game 1 of the first round against Milwaukee. Tyler broke his hand and was not expected to return for the next 4-6 weeks. It s been more than the said time and Herro still hasn t returned to action.
The Heat, being the 8th seed wasn t favored to get past the Bucks, which did put Herro s season at an end. Though now in the East Finals, Miami could use his help.
Will Tyler Herro return this postseason?
Going into this year s postseason, the Heat had a lot of obstacles in their way. The squad wasn t scared to face any, as they were determined to put their all. Without their primary shooter, the team made a great run, as their chances of making it to the Finals are still up high.
Though moving forward, the Heat might have to play without their young asset. The latest injury report on Herro isn t something the fans will be happy about. Tyler isn t ready to make his return anytime soon.
In replacement of Herro, Caleb Martin, and Gabe Vincent have stepped up, being dangerous threats from the outside. The team has been shooting 38% from outside the arc as the team has a well-balanced offensive floor.BamandJimmyhave taken the responsibility to cover the mid-range, allowing their teammates to make open shots from outside. Miami is one win away to play in the NBA Finals yet again after three years.
WithTylernot on the radar anymore, the Heat will have to continue playing without him for the rest of the postseason. The team cannot put Herro in action unless he is fully recovered, or else it won t be the best for him.
Currently, up 3-1 against the Boston Celtics, Miami is on track to win this redemption series. Led by Butler and Adebayo, the Heat have one more game to knock before they can face the other finalist from the West, the Denver Nuggets.
